Sovereign Homes is owned and managed by David Tricker, CEO and preferred builder in West Bay Club. David has extensive experience in the home building industry since 1980, specializing in high end residential construction. A former Senior Vice-President of Pulte Home Corporation, David started Sovereign Homes in 2003 through his relationship with West Bay Development Corporation and Lehman Brothers.
