'Condo Fit' is a specialized division of Sovereign Homes that has its focus on the design, construction and fitting of interiors of newly constructed condominium buildings!
In today's residential condominium market, it is typical for builders and developers to construct a building in a 'Designer/Decorator Ready' status. This typically means that there is no interior architecture in a condominium unit, or any custom built-in furnishing. Furthermore, there are typically no floor coverings, moldings, window treatments or custom options!
We work closely with interior designers and architects to ensure that the interior finishing of your home exceeds your expectations! We are fully cognizant of the nuances that pertain to work schedules and construction protocol in these new buildings, and can offer expedient, cost-efficient and professional service, with the same level of quality control that is provided in our custom-home program.
